Eidogen-Sertanty Releases TIP/Kinase
San Diego, CA (Jan 22, 2009) - Eidogen-Sertanty, Inc., a San Diego-based computational drug discovery solutions provider, today announced the release of TIP/Kinase - a database containing thousands of protein structures, co-complexes and models which survey the Human Kinome.
Kinases continue to be hot targets within the pharmaceutical industry. Complementing Eidogen-Sertanty's Kinase Knowledgebase (KKB) which contains hundreds of thousands of structure-activity datapoints, TIP/Kinase provides protein structural and binding-site information which enables comparative analysis across the entire Kinome. TIP/Kinase includes structures, co-complexes, and multiple templated-models for over 500 human kinases and will self-proliferate with the addition of new protein structures and/or co-complexes using TIP's automated modeling capabilities.
With this promotional release TIP/Kinase, Eidogen-Sertanty is offering a special bundle which includes the TIP/Kinase database, a fully-functional behind-the-firewall release of TIP/Workgroup, and Kinase Knowledgebase structure-activity data exports.
