Eidogen-Sertanty Releases TIP-Enterprise
San Diego, CA (March 2, 2007) - Eidogen-Sertanty, Inc., a San Diego-based computational drug discovery solutions provider, today announced three partnerships with top-tier scientific software vendors - Elsevier MDL, Accelrys-Scitegic and Daylight CIS.
As a new, preferred partner in Elsevier MDL's Isentris Alliance, Eidogen-Sertanty plans to offer its popular ligand- and target-based databases - the Kinase Knowledgebase (KKB) and the Target Informatics Platform (TIP) database for ready integration within the MDL Iscentris® system.
As a new member of the Accelrys/Scitegic independent software vendor program (ISV), Eidogen-Sertanty plans to offer content reader and calculation components within Scitegic's very popular Pipeline Pilot® technology. In addition, Eidogen-Sertanty will offer the Kinase Knowledgebase in Accelrys' Oracle-based Accord Chemistry Cartridge format.
Also renewing and extending its long-term partnership with Daylight Chemical Information Systems, Eidogen-Sertanty will continue to develop the Kinase Knowledgebase using Daylight's toolkits and the DayCart® chemistry cartridge.
"We are very excited about these three important and complementary relationships," said Steve Muskal, CEO of Eidogen-Sertanty. "As with a key pharmaceutical-partnership which drove the development of a behind-the-firewall version of TIP supporting Oracle and MySQL (to be released later this year), we expect these relationships will continue to accelerate our development efforts and broaden the visibility of our product offerings markedly."
